SUSTAINABLY SOURCED COCOA

COCOA LIFE

Cocoa Life is the cocoa sustainability program run by Cadbury’s parent company, Mondelēz International.

Cocoa Life has been running since 2012 and touches many aspects of life for communities in cocoa regions – from farming techniques, to looking after the environment and supporting the local economy.

The program aims to create positive and lasting change across the cocoa supply chain. By working with partners in cocoa producing countries, Cocoa Life supports the people who make their living from cocoa.

Our goal is to source 100% cocoa volume requirements for Mondelēz International’s chocolate brands through Cocoa Life by 2025. We also have a goal to further increase our cocoa volume scale and work with around 300,000 cocoa farmers through our Cocoa Life program by 2030.*

Locally, 100% of the cocoa volume sourced across all Cadbury chocolate made in Australia is sourced through the Cocoa Life program using a mass balance approach. To learn more about mass balance, click below.
